The worked out very well for us. Directly on the snow trail. Very nice staff/owner. We arrived before normal check in hours and hit the trails right away. Because we didn't actually go to room until after 9pm, there was a remote "check in" option that works well. I wouldn't recommend for vehicles pulling long 16ft or bigger trailers, as parking is very tight. But for a little 10 ft trailer, it was wonderful 👍

We really enjoyed our stay at the Riverside Motel. We sat on the porch overlooking the river and enjoyed our morning coffee. We felt like we were in the northwoods enjoying the water. The room was neat and clean and felt like home.
