"Left for a soccer game at 9am came back at 10:45-11 to rest til noon for check out. Was automatically checked out by staff. They reactivated my card went back to my room and found somebody else's suitcases in the room."

"The location was good and hotel provided what we needed. However I found a HUGE dead roach in my room and there was no hand soap. When we noticed our room didn’t have soap upon check in we asked for some from the front desk associate. We were told “there is body wash in the shower….” "

"The room wasn’t cleaned very well during our stay. We were not greeted properly upon first arriving and we never received a cart to bring our belongings up to the room. We ended up making 2 trips and taking them up by ourselves. The TV was horrible and would cut off every 2-3 minutes for 30 second intervals. The pillows had a smell to them. The manager was nice and gave us a discount. However, I don’t think I would come back considering the price after discount still wasn’t good considering the service. You had to really push and call multiple times when making a request for items, etc. The room was very noisy and we had to be moved to another room. Even then, there were a lot of slamming doors by other guests. Not an enjoyable experience."

"Hotel was under construction we were not notified of this prior to, not only outside but inside too there were tools and materials Everywhere inside and out. No breakfast or bar which we also weren’t told. Should have gotten a discount for all of these things "
