Elevator problems several times. I had to end up carrying my bags up several flights of stairs with several trips as I could not wait for the elevator to get fixed and the long line waiting for it. Also the breakfast should have come with the room. Other hotels in the area include breakfast for similar quality of room. Also if there is a fold out sofa there should be blankets and sheets in the room for this. No towels or trash emptied during our stay. We had to ask for the towels and then had to go downstairs at night to get them . We had asked housekeeping in the hall earlier during that day and were told that "they were out" of towels. I assume they just didn't want to go down and get any right then. I did like the check out time at noon. The staff was very friendly and tried to help. If we hadn't booked this through an outside website we may have just transferred to another facility in town that was half the price.

Front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating for earlier check in. Cleaning staff rushed to get out rooms ready for earlier check in. We had traveled from out if state to go to an evening wedding but last minute had to attend a family funeral the morning of the wedding. The room was very clean and comfortable. The only issue was one of the electrical receptacles did not have a cover on it. Luckily, I did not travel with a toddler. The breakfast was very good, but waiting 30 minutes for two orders of pancakes was unreasonable. The staff was friendly and very helpful!

Red stuff on toilet seat, poor maintenance such as touch-up paint that didn’t match, gaps in the wall, etc. Paid breakfast was horrible. Overall it was not worth the high cost. Bar served beer only. Only good thing was the hot tub was nice and hot. Housekeeping ladies were very nice and cleaned the toilet seat and apologized. However they were also in the hallway complaining about their jobs for some time. Pool had a light broken off sitting on the side of the pool, pools area was messy with towels, trash, balloons, chairs all over the place. Priced way too high.
