Wir hatten erst ein Zimmer, in dem das Fenster nicht richtig geschlossen hat, war entsprechend laut. Nach einer Beschwerde am Empfang haben wir dann ein neues Zimmer bekommen, hier war alles perfekt.

15 min walk from Hasselt Station, the route is very simple. The hotel is very clean and modern. Near the hotel many types of dining options. The room is very functional. In all, I had super comfortable stay.

Parkeermogelijkheid voor korte in/uitstap is onduidelijk bij hoofdingang, waardoor onzekerheid bestaat of het volgens de verkeersregels wel of niet is toegestaan. Verder uitstekende accomodatie die voor herhaling vatbaar is.

Small but clean rooms in a convenient location, within walking distance to the city center. The free coffee in the lobby is a big plus. We booked four rooms (for ourselves and our adult children), and (only) one of them was upgraded to a much larger room with coffee-making facilities—a nice surprise!

Prima verblijf behalve het ontbijt is superslecht geregeld. Ik heb lang staan wachten op b.v. zitplaats, borden, brood, beleg enz. Alles was op en te weinig personeel om dit aan te vullen. Wij hebben amper gegeten. Teveel mensen en te weinig capaciteit.

At breakfast it was very busy. The space was too small for the amount of people. You pay 17 euro that is al lot compared to the choice you have. But the taste was good and fresh.
