"It was the worst experience being woken up by the sound of a jack hammer outside your window at 8am. To be told that the maintenance manager is not prepared to stop the contractor because they are being paid for the full day. My question was dis we not pay for our room as well? This sort of attitude should not be tolerated in a service delivery business and your customers comfort needs to be top priority.
