Good Day Mr Benade, I am in total disbelieve and I don’t know even where to begin to apologize to you. I know that no excuse can be made because a picture does not lie. We were fully booked and due to covid we only have 2 staff members on duty of which the one is a new member. I will definitely take this up with my staff and rectify it immediately. The unit is on our list for upgrading, the bathroom cupboards inside and the mirror will be replaced as soon as possible. The shower will be silicone still this week. I can assure you that the cleanliness and reprimanding of the staff member that was cleaning that unit will be addressed.
