Excellent location and great staff. The breakfast has very good selection. The hotel is in good condition and well located to loca amenities. Old town market is in walking distance. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel.

A beautiful hotel in a great location. The staffs were so accommodating and friendly. Excellent breakfast. Our room is spacious and clean, nicely decorated, big window with a good view of the old quarter. Highly recommended. Will come back soon.

A great hotel to explore Hanoi from

We had a great stay at the Thien Thai Hotel. It's located in an excellent part of the city, walking distance from the Old Quarter. The hotel room we had was really nice and the buffet breakfast was first rate. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. In particular, we had really excellent customer service from Linh at the reception who arranged for a local SIM card to be delivered to the hotel for us. Nothing was too much trouble - thanks Linh!

Great location in the heart of Hanoi. Easily walk to all parts of the city. Fantastic value and a very large room. Great breakfast buffet. Would stay again.

Overall, good service. Lovely porter walked me to my next hotel to save me carrying my suitcase. Clean and sizeable bedroom. Fairly old fashioned in decor and the bathroom could do with updating.

The location was perfect. There wasn't very much traffic. The fact that there were more locals was cool. We were near places that had amazing food. The room was not worth the price. Although it was modern, the air conditioner did not work in one of the rooms. It was 99 degrees and my kids were sweating and they had mosquito bites on their faces. The staff was friendly and helpful, but we spent most of the night having someone coming in and checking the air conditioner which is annoying when you are jet lagged
