We were satisfied with our 4-night stay at Vista Hotel; the family room was spacious and comfortable, the staff was attentive and kind, especially Ms. Hanah! The location was perfect as it's a bit outside of the touristy areas but close enough to all the things we wanted to visit. The only negatives were the noise coming from other guests in the staircase as the room door is not sound proof at all, and the bathroom shower not draining properly. We would also have liked for the room floor to have been cleaned during the stay as dust and dirt accumulates quickly. The beds were quite hard but the pillows soft. Overall, would recommend this hotel!
