You booked Economic Room without window and and first floor. WE CLEARLY INFORM IN DESCRIPTION. For the breakfast, we have from 7.00AM, if you come on time, we are sure, we will serve you. We will check again for the cleaniness, we will improve it right away. For aircon, we already checked it as soon as you informed us. Now everything was ok. For travel arrangement, as we told you, there are so many from budget to luxury one, and in my homestay we only sale the good one, cheap one mean low service. We are sorry for your bad feedback. However, we are sorry because of the road. The government they renovate all the streets, not only us. We dont have elevator because we have only 4 floors. You must check it before. We dont provide dinner included, we just invite the guests who stay with us. We daily clean the room. We dont know who are you but please feedback to us. Why you are ANONYMOUS? We dont provide dinner but you knew we provide checken and pork?
