관광하기 좋은 호텔
한 층에 객실이 두 개만 있는 작은 호텔이지만 객실 내부는 작지 않은 호텔. 직원들이 아주 친절하고 깨끗하고 좋았음. 호텔 정문에서 로비까지 계단이지만 벨보이가 나와서 바로 짐을 옮겨주었음. 객실키는 객실에 이미 꽂혀 있고, 호텔 직원이 객실까지 직접 동행하여 안내해 줌. 객실 룸넘버를 얘기해주지 않고 객실키를 미리 주지 않는다고 당황할 필요 없음. ^^; 호수 바로 옆이라 저녁에도 그렇게 조용한 편은 아니지만수면에 방해될 정도도 아님. 내가 묵은 날 중 하루는 할로윈데이라 밤 12시까지 아주아주아주 시끄러웠음. 한국인이 많이 묵는 호텔이라서, 조찬 시 직원이 친철하게 "쌀국수"를 먹을 지 한국어로 물어봄.(영어 + 쌀국수) 루프탑에서 경치를 보며 갖는 차 한 잔의 여유도 좋았음.

친절한 직원들과 좋은 위치
호텔 지배인님들 비롯해 직원분들이 정말 친절하셨어요. 한시간정도 이른 시간에 도착했는데, 바로 체크인해주시고 방컨디션도 방음도 좋았고 위치가 특히 좋았습니다. 여기저기 걸어서가기 편했고, 골목자체가 조용한 골목이라 좋았어요 피자포피스도 바로 옆이라 좋았네요. 하노이에 다시 가게된다면 또 여기에 묵을것 같아요!

Great hotel with great location right by the lake, rooms were good and overall a good stay. Only downside is that the staff were very nosy and not the nicest with the couple guests I brought to the hotel for a drink.

Amazing location in the Old Quarter and extremely near to the Hoan Kiem Lake. There's a bar, local coffee shop, local eateries and a famous pizzeria all within a few steps from the hotel. The room itself is decent and breakfast is just okay. They close their entrance at midnight though, so be prepared with a SIM card so you can call them up to open the door if you were to arrive back later than that.

The front desk staff is very friendly. Mia ( sorry if wrongly called). Suggest staff should wear a name tag. Mia was helpful and always have happy and smiling face. Recommend to stay in this hotel again. By the way, m house breakfast was wonderful, Vietnamese style as well as western - porch eggs, hot dogs, bacons. All cooked very delicious and yummy. Vietnamese coffee, cereals also served. Well done . Had a wonder stayed in Bonsella.

The staff was amazing! The breakfast was the best we had while visiting Vietnam (we traveled from north to the southern most tip) . It was on the top floor and we sat out on the balcony looking over the other buildings and lake. Quite lovely! The rooms were nice and had air conditioning. It was located in walking distance to most things. Great shopping. We also did an amazing tour/bike/boat of Nin Bin - we were taken on the river to see the amazing lime Stone Mountain formations and then biked all over and had lunch- it was a super fun event! (Instead of doing a boat trip of Halong Bay which I hear is very over crowed and polluted) - just a thought for those that don’t want to spend a lot time.

Location location location
Great Service, staff and location. Close to all attractions and a block from Lake. Great local restaurant right next door. Road around Lake closes on the weekend which is an added bonus.

We loved our stay at the Hanoi Bonsella Hotel. The staff went above and beyond in all aspects of service. The room was new and clean. The location is perfect...close to everything...but on a quieter street. Every morning you can enjoy an incredible breakfast on the top floor with a view of the lake and city. My wife and eleven year old daughter agree with me that this was probably our favorite big city boutique hotel experience...ever. Thank you!

정말 진짜 번화가 한가운데 있어요~ 호안끼엠은 3분 요셉성당은 4분 맥주거리 36거리 6분 아침에 조깅하기도 좋고, 야시장 열리면 걸어서 3분!! 위치조건이 좋고 배드나 룸에서 냄새 나거나 하지도 않았어요! 샤워실 수압도 쎈편이고 전 크리스마스 주간에 갔는데 글쎄 크리스마스 카드도 주셨어요!! 매일 다음날 날씨와 함께 초콜릿을 주는 센스!! 짐도 다 들어주시고 에스코트에 조식은 말이 필요 없습니다. 메뉴가 많지 않지만 주문할 수 있는 메뉴에 쌀국수와 팬케이크 등등 넘나 완벽 게다가 직원들의 친절도는 말할것도 없어요. 단점을 꼽으라면 ... 주변 거리에 새벽부터 상인들이 물건을 파는 시간이 있는데 그런 소음은 조금 존재해요~ 그치만 이게 베트남의 일상인거니까 그걸 가까이서 느낄 수 있다는 장점이라 생각해요 정말 묵는 내내 편하고 안심되고 좋았어요 한국어로 된 주의사항도 체크인할때 프린트로 알려주시고 정말 섬세한 서비스에 감동 또 감동이에요 다음에 하노이에 방문 할때 재 방문 의사 백만프로 입니다.

조식당의 친절한 캘리와 맛있는 조식이 최고인 호텔^^
나는 3박을 하였다, 새벽에 도착하여 주변이 어둡고 호텔도 작아 걱정을 많이 하였다,그런데 다음날 조식을 먹으며 걱정이 사라졌다. 너무나 친철한 식당의 이쁜 kelly 와 10층에서 식사하는 시간이 너무 좋았고 음식도 아주 맛있었기 때문이다.작지만 모든 분들이 친절하게 대해주심에 감사드리고 주변에 맛집과 마사지 등 편의시설 이용하기에 최고인 호텔이다.^^

スタッフの雰囲気もよく、快適なステイ
旧市街中心にあり、観光にとても便利な立地でした。夜遅い到着だったので、空港送迎をお願いしましたが、hotels.comのコメント機能を利用してのやり取りは迅速でとてもスムーズでした。受付、朝食会場のホテルスタッフの感じもとてもよく、快適に過ごすことができました。

친절왕들이에요!
일단은 진짜 너무 친절합니다! 주위 안내도 해주시고 맛집지도도 주시고 주말에는 호암끼엠호수 주변이 차량통제되서 택시가 못들어가는데 내리는곳까지 나와서 짐도 들어주시고 너무 친절해요! 조식도 맛잇고 얼리체크인도 해주시고 너무 좋은데 한가지 단점이라면 방음이 전혀되지않아 예민하신분은 힘들 수도 있어요 ㅠㅠ 근데 위치면에서 너무 좋기때문에 저는 견딜만 했습니다

The room was well equipped with all essentials plus little gimmicks like ear plugs, petals of flower and a comprehensive directory on highly recommended eateries... Staff were their biggest assets - well trained , polite / helpful/cheerful ! Location is par excellence ! Sound insulation can be improved .

본셀라호텔 후기
하노이 구시가지에서 위치적으로 매우 뛰어난곳(호엔끼엠 호수. 성요셉성당. 야시장. 피자포피스. 센스파...)에 있으며 조식의 종류는 매우 다양하지는 않지만 깔끔하니 만족스러웠으며, 직원들의 서비스와 친절도 또한 매우 만족스러웠다.하노이에서 마지막날 공항가기전까지 짐보관 및 샤워서비스까지 받을수 있어서 좋았다. 지인들에게 추천해주고 싶다.

Best location. Great price!
Fantastic location!!! Close to all the action, great restaurants and hustle and bustle of old town. Very friendly helpful staff and delicious breakfast. Clean and well maintained. Highly recommended.

（おそらくホテル名を変えたのと同時に）リニューアルしてから２年しか経っておらず、内装や設備が新しく、部屋も朝食会場のレストランも清潔です。ホアンキエム湖から1本奥に入った通りにあり、早朝の路上市場の賑わいが聞こえる以外はとても静かでした。旧市街の真ん中辺りにあり、どこに行くにも便利でした。忙しくない時期だったのか、部屋をアップグレードしてもらえたほか、滞在中に主人が誕生日を迎えたのですが、サプライズのバースデーケーキもいただいてしまい、大変恐縮しました。スタッフの皆さんも親切で、自分たちで予約してあったサパ行きのリムジンの運営会社に連絡し、ホテル送迎を加えてくれました。

買い物、観光、食事、マッサージなど、どれでも出かけ易い立地です。 スタッフも親切で、色々声掛けをしてくれました。部屋も綺麗にして有りました。シャワーオンリーのバスルームでしたが、少しお湯になるのに時間が掛かった点が気になりました。各階に3部屋しか有りませんが、他の部屋の音が少し気になりました。朝食は中々良かった。10階建てで、エレベーターが有ります。

위치 좋습니다 맥주거리도 가깝고 호안끼엠 호수도 걸어서 3분거리입니다 직원들도 친절합니다 조식은 리뷰들처럼 훌륭하진 않고 그냥 보통입니다 호텔 바로 앞에 있는 조그만 마사지샾은 피하십시요 엉터리 마사지사들이고 등에 피멍 들었습니다
