Good Value, Renovations Needed

You can tell that this property was once a high end luxury hotel. Our room was large, with nice hardwood floors and bathroom that included a stand-up shower as well as a large bathtub. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options and we enjoyed fresh made scrambles, fruit and pastries each morning. However the facility needs some renovation. The carpet in the hallways is worn, the pillows need replacing and the linens have holes. Not super impactful to our overall stray us these little deatails prevent me from giving a higher rating.

I would not recommend to Muslims. Everything in breakfast contains pork. Be careful. Also smoking you have to go outside of hotel. Could not adjust ac in room. They did from reception

Hanoi old city. Enormous variety of restaurants close by - some excellent. Very good breakfast at hotel. No business meeting rooms that I noticed. Staff ok in English.

영어로 의사 소통이 가능해서 체크인 및 체크아웃시 어려움이 없었다. 직원들이 친절했다. 관광지에 위치하고 있으나 밤에는 주변 가게들도 문을 닫고, 사람들이 다니지 않아 조용한 편이다.

Great service. Kindly organised for us to go to Cat Ba island, however would have been good if they had checked the weather as a typhoon was coming the following day. Not hotels fault though. We really enjoyed our stay at Golden Rice.

Outstanding customer service

This is probably the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. The customer service provided by the staff was outstanding. From arrival drinks, information about Hanoi, the hotel, letting us borrow their laptop to check in, confirming our next hotel booking in Ho Chi Minh, a delicious buffet breakfast each morning and overall friendliness. They also organised a discounted private ride to the airport for us, let us use a room to freshen up for our 5.30pm flight after being out in the heat all day and to top it off gave us a departure gift of coffee on our way out. They all made it a fantastic stay. The room itself is nothing overly fancy but it is very nice, clean, has a good shower and nice interiors. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Hanoi and if I come back, I will book in to stay there again.

전반적으로 출장의 목적으로 숙박하는것은 좋음 도심에 위치하고있고 주변에 잠시둘러볼 여러군데 가볼만한곳이 쉽게 도보로도 가능하다. 사진에서 보는것만큼 크기나 청결이 같지는않으며 침대는 다소 불편하다
