Water tap in shower is not strong enough. Quite weak I can say. No enough hot water for bath. The rubbish is not cleared every day, towel and bedsheets have stains. The breakfast portion is small. When you ask for more the staff declined to give by telling you food is sold out. The owner is good to drive us to airport in midnight at 330am charging THB 500.

Det här stället är fantastiskt! Det ligger en bit utanför stan, men det är påverkade inte oss ett dugg! En gömd juvel är vad detta är! Otroligt varm och trevlig personal, otroligt snälla och engagerade i sina kunder. När vi vela åka och äta eller hitta på något köra personalen oss gratis och velade absolut inte ha betalt. Dom både lämna och hämtade oss när vi ringde dom. Skulle vi på längre turer ordande dom med tack utan problem. Ett lugnt och otroligt mysigt hotell med en avslappnande känsla. Stora rum med sköna sängar. Vi har aldrig känt oss så omhändertagna som på detta ställe. Vi har vart på många hotell i Thailand nu när vi rest runt i snart 4 veckor, och detta är absolut det bästa! Beautiful, secluded

Beautiful courtyard, pool, etc. The area, however, around the hotel was quite unattractive and the hotel was hard to find. The wonderful hosts, very good breakfast, etc. made the hotel worth every penny and well worth the effort to find it. In addition, the hotel was very quiet and secluded. Made for great sleep. Only complaint was beds a little hard, but this is common in Asia.

Boutique property with outstanding service.

Once we arrived, we instantly felt relaxed. We were greeted by smiling faces and welcomed like family - in fact check in was almost non-existent and after a long drive, it was wonderful to be taken straight to our room to relax. It’s only a small place (8 rooms I think?), we booked two rooms (3 adults) and were not disappointed with either. The pool view room has large windows looking out to the relaxing pool and opens to the serene courtyard on the other side. The garden view room was on the opposite side of the courtyard and has doors opening to a small garden area. Even though both have a slightly different layout they are primarily the same size and the features seemed similar – good sized bathrooms, comfortable beds, spacious sitting options, quiet air conditioning, fluffy towels, tea/coffee facilities, television… it’s all there. While the courtyard is a peaceful place to while away the hours, the pool area is a highlight and it drew us in immediately - comfortable sun lounges and relaxing chairs, low volume music coming from the restaurant, water served occasionally. It’s easy to feel like you’re in a remote resort in the country rather than the big city of Chiang Mai. Attention to detail is easily evident here – gorgeous gardens, waterfalls, well chosen statues… it’s just beautiful. An unexpected surprise for us… the restaurant is fantastic! Breakfast was delicious each morning and I’m sure the choices on offer would suit most guests but lunch was delicious

This is a fantastic place to stay with a great pool and restaurant, but you will need your own transport and it is hard to find. The staff are some of the most helpful people I have found in Thailand.

Excellent sejour dans ce très bel hotel. Decoration très soignée. Superbe piscine. Merci à Robert et son equipe pour l'accueil remarquable. Personnel aux petits soins.Si l'hotel est un peu eloigné de Chiang Mai, il est tres agreable de rentrer le soir au calme, de profiter de la piscine et du resto.A proximité d'un village artisanal. Wonderful relaxing stay.

Our stay was very nice. Since we were visiting family we didn't get to experience everything but we mainly went there to relax. Breakfast was very nice each morning. Our room was cleaned each day with fresh towels. The staff was wonderful. Even though we arrived very late Robert was there to greet us and show us around. He also greeted us each night and morning to make sure we had everything we needed. I loved the Thai atmosphere.

Ein kleines Paradies Robert der Manager ist super, erfuellt alle Wuensche und hilft einem bei der Tourenplanung. Er ist das Herz des Resorts. Auch sein Team ist toll. Das Essen schmeckt ausgezeichnet. Das Resort bietet auch viel Ruhe und Erholung zwischen dem Sightseeing. A place to be.

Very good service

This hotel is very well kept and a little hidden away gem in such a big city. The staff were very friendly and homely and made us feel very much at home. Robert in particular went out of his way to help us especially with transport issues. The food offered was very good and so was the a la carte breakfast.

I have been to many resort. Got to say this one of the best stay I have. First of, Robert the owner is awesome. He really does take care the customers. We have a little situation with our luggage which was left out at the hotel when we arrive airport. He personally delivered it to us and refuse to accept any money for helping out. Secondly, the photo from the websites does reflect the hotel situation in reality. Hotel itself is a beauty. Thirdly, location is close to some of the sightseeing place. eg canyon Conclusion, if you are looking for someplace to relax and get away from hectic city life, this is the place to be. Dont pass on this gem.

Fabulous!! You will love it!!

Can not say enough good things about this resort!! Beautiful surroundings, amazing pool, room was big, modern and very clean. Staff was wonderful!! Especially Robert, the owner, who made you feel like family! He'll even take you places if it fits in his schedule. It was in a beautiful area of Chiang Mai near the arts and crafts district. There were bikes available to use, which were great for getting around town! You will NOT be disappointed!!

peaceful and great

this is the perfect place for relaxing. it's located outside Chiangmai city wish was great for us since we wanted a calmer place to stay. the poolarea and it's surroundings are great with a lot of space and a perfect pool for swimming. everything is really clean and fresh. the staff and the service is outstanding and the manager Robert helps u with anything you ask for, even the shuttle from the airport. you can rent cycles for free and the area is very nice to explore by your own in the middle of the locals and their living. If you want the pulse of nightlife outside your door, this is not the place to be, but it's only about 15 min away with taxi. Nice Thai food and ok breakfast too. Rooms are great. I can give my warm recommendations to this place.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang und sehr hilfsbereites Personal! Für Ruhesuchende der perfekte Ort zum entspannen! Sehr gepflegte Anlage mit viel Grün und sehr vielen schönen Details! Hier hat sich der Besitzer sehr viel Mühe gegeben! Wirklich schön und sehenswert! Allerdings: wer etwas unternehmen möchte, ist hier an der falschen Adresse! Aufgrund der Lage des Hotels ist man an das Hotel gebunden. Getränke und Speisekarte sehr überschaubar und nicht jedermanns Geschmack! Obwohl wir am Zustand des Hotels und der Anlage nichts auszusetzen haben, muss jedoch der Gestank aus dem Abfluss im Badezimmer erwähnt werden. Dieser war sehr penetrant und hätte dringend eine Reinigung nötig! Bei diesem Preis- Leistungsverhältnis hätte dies nicht passieren dürfen! Wir finden es sehr schade, dass wir hier Kritik üben müssen, da mit einfachen Mitteln der Aufenthalt verschönert hätte werden können!

Tranquil Getaway

From the moment my family arrived we were given a warm welcome and I could not have asked for more. The staff and Robert in particular went above and beyond what I could have ever imagined. The facility itself is very clean and the relaxed setting makes for a tranquil vacation, I only wish that we could have stayed longer. My wife, daughter and myself all enjoyed our stay and we look forward to coming back. Highly recommended.

Quiet chill with vip treatment

One rarely finds such a place anymore. Curtious , caring managment and staff. Robert treated us like celebrities ...from the generous breakfasts, complimentary ice water and fruit by the poolside to the elegant cultured setting and spacious well appointed rooms we felt looked after . Outside of the central chaos of chang mai but close enough to take in any activity. Highly recommend booking here.

A fantastic little gem in Chiang Mai

The owner made our stay a pleasure. Nothing was too much trouble. It was like staying at a family home with a great pool :) and super clean and quiet rooms. Other central hotels will be noisy with planes overhead and traffic but this is a great little gem and the photos are exactly what the place looks like!

Een paradijs op 10 km van Chiang Mai

Na een rondtrip door Noord Thailand zochten we een plek om nog tot rust te komen vooraleer we terug naar huis reisden. Dit hebben we gevonden in dit resort. Van bij de ontvangst werden we in de watten gelegd door het team, niets was te veel, zij zorgden voor alles. Het resort op zich: het lijkt alsof je een tempel binnenkomt. (Het ligt trouwens vlak naast een tempel. Rond het grote zwembad zitten was erg rustgevend en verfrissend. Fietsen staan er ter beschikking. Koffie en water zoveel je wenst. Het menu was niet erg uitgebreid maar alles wat we besteld hebben was prima en met veel vriendelijkheid aan tafel gebracht. De prijzen zijn echt democratisch. De moderne kamers zijn uitmuntend en stijlvol ingericht. Alles is voorzien. Wij verkozen de zijde niet aan het zwembad… het gaf wat meer privacy en rust. In Thailand zijn we veel vriendelijke mensen tegen gekomen in vele hotels en resorts maar wat Robert en zijn team doet om gasten te ontvangen was toch nog ietsje meer.

Eine kleine Auszeit

Wir wurden sehr sehr freundlich durch den Hotelier Robert empfangen, dieser gab uns auch gleich ein paar Tipps für unsere Tour und wo man gut essen kann. Am nächsten Tag wurden wir nach Chiang Mai auf den Nachtmarkt gefahren. Wir bExamen das Frühstück nach unseren Wünschen zubereitet. Es ist wirklich eine kleine Ruheoase abseits des Trubels. Das Zimmer war sauber und im Gegensatz zu anderen Hotels in Thailand sehr geräumig. Die Matratze war endlich mal nicht Harz wie Beton.

Jungle oasis secluded from hustle and bustle

This hotel experience was like nothing I've ever encountered. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable. Robert the manager was exceptional. He was very helpful when recommending places to go, where to eat, tips and more. The only downfall is being away from the city. Many taxis don't know where the hotel is.

Heerlijk rustig dicht bij Chiang Mai

Prima hotel rustig gelegen. Personeel doet er alles aan om het naar je zin te maken. We zijn naar Chiang Mai gebracht en naar het vliegveld ( gratis service). We kregen een gratis upgrade vanwege kleine werkzaamheden waar we overigens niets van gemerkt hebben. Je kan het op de site niet zien maar het zwembad ( ze hebben er 2) is heerlijk. Gratis water bij het zwembad. We kregen fruit echt verwend. Een dikke 10. Compliments to Robert and his staff

Calme et beauté

Cadre verdoyant et calme loin du tumulte de Chiang Mai. Ce petit hotel familial est décoré avec goût: murs végétaux, sculptures inspirées de Sukhothai, éléphants, superbe piscine. Service digne d'un 5 * excepte le restaurant qui offre très peu de choix et ferme tôt le soir. Merveilleux oasis. Attention à 30 Mn du centre de Chiang Mai accessible en taxi pour 350 baths

wrong info online but nice stay

The hotel was lovely, but far out of the city. NO AIRPORT SHUTTLE despite their website and claim on hotels.com also both phone numbers on hotels.com are wrong which made the hotel extremely difficult to find
