"The young female front desk representative was not friendly at all. The pillows were old & flimsy. I really felt as if, we would have been better off had we stopped at Walmart to buy my own. The bed was really old & uncomfortable bed altogether. The were very stingy with clean towels. 2 towels max so no towel to step on after a shower, No hand towel for drying hands, no spillage of any kind. When I requested more towels, we had to return a towel to get a new towel. This was totally a bare minimum stay- you are only going to get the bare minimum of everything. Of course, needless to say the advertisement was a total catfish! 😒"

"Room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint is there was no soap in the bathroom to use to wash your hands. Went to the front desk and asked for a small bar of soap and was told they didn't have any. She didn't say I'll get you some or wait while I find some. That would have been good customer service."

"Elevators were down, had to carry bags up 4 flights of stairs room should of been discontinued "

"The property was amazing. All the amenities were well worth it. It exceeded my expectations. Other than that I was not very pleased with the treatment from the staff. They told me that when I was attempting to check in at 2:30 PM that there were no rooms available that I had to come back. I came back at about 2:55 pm and they stated no rooms were available only to find out that my room was checked in at 8:54 am that morning so that means that had they just checked my name they would’ve been able to kind of go ahead and check me in, but they didn’t even do their due diligence to do so, which caused my entire experience with the staff to be unpleasant."

"If you like the following things, you'll have a wonderful stay: - dust and dirt on the nightstand - dirty/stained wash cloth in the bathroom - an insect 'friend' in the sink in the morning - flooding in the bathroom because of a poor shower design - "breakfast" consisting of 2 items - sketchy younger guys walking around the building (inside and outside) at night Needless to say, we will never be staying here again. Nor at any other Extended Stay."
