Very warm welcome by the Reception staff. We were reallocated a lake view room without asking and were placed on the ground floor as requested.
The room was spacious, clean, with a terrace. Bathroom was large and shower was excellent.
We ate in the restaurant (pork schnitzel and falafel salad).....both were tasty and filling. The restaurant staff were very friendly. We didn't need to book a table and the service was prompt.

The hotel is located in the centre of a commercial area. This means that there are plenty of shopping facilities just a few metres away. The rooms are clean and very new, as they have just been renovated, and the room also had a fridge. Unfortunately, the air conditioning didn't work. The reception was friendly and check-in was quick and easy. As the hotel is right next to a McDonald's it can get very noisy, so always make sure you get a quiet room at the back. The parking situation is not easy...

Everything was perfect! A bit disappointed that the buffet dinner didn’t had more choice suitable for children, but this is personal to every family. One of our children has a very limited diet and couldn’t find nothing that he would eat.

We booked this as our plans changed last minute and it was the most wonderful surprise! It is a beautiful hotel, in the best location. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The only tiny downside was the air conditioning wasn’t working but that was minor and didn’t affect our stay!
