"The parking was an issue. Plan on paying for valet parking because they have about 2 parking spaces where guest can park for free. Just be aware that will be an additional cost that you will have to pay. I was also told that I would get a receipt for my stay to see what I was charged and I never received it. I called customer service and they told me that because I booked through Expedia that there was nothing they could do to help me. So I feel like they are lacking in customer service. The hotel its self was nice the rooms were cool and the decor was nice. I liked the vibe of the place, but there are definitely some things that need to be improved on."

"Wonderful hotel all around! The staff members were particularly amazing to me as a woman traveling alone - they made sure I and others never had to say my room number out loud. It’s a fun place to stay whether you’re a solo adult or with a family."
