Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war rundum gelungen. Alles war sauber, gepflegt und gut organisiert. Das Zimmer war komfortabel und ordentlich, die gesamte Anlage machte einen sehr einladenden Eindruck.
Ein besonderes Lob geht an Mitarbeiter Velat.M, der sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und engagiert war. Er hat sich stets Zeit genommen und war bei jeder Frage oder Bitte sofort zur Stelle. Vielen Dank für den hervorragenden Service!

Urfa’ya tekrar gelsem kalacağım otel yine burası olur. Konakladığımız aile odası hem geniş, hem mis gibi sabun kokularıyla karşılayan temiz bir oda oldu. Yataklar gerçekten çok rahattı.Eski bir manastır olan binayı sahipleri otele çevirmiş. O kadar misafirperverler ki müsait olan diğer odaları da bize gezdirip eski manastır olan oteli bize tanıttılar. Bunun yanı sıra muhteşem bir sıra gecesi programları var akşamları. Biz de denk geldik. Sıra geceleri hem lezzet...
"Loved how helpful the staff were. Even though I don't speak Turkish, the staff made great effort to understand my questions and help me. I loved the boutique feel of the hotel as well as its location. I walked to many of the tourist hotspots including the archeological museum. Lots of great shopping nearby. The breakfast was okay.
