Hotel is good and in a good location to see the waterfront. Lots of construction in the area which is not the hotels fault. Breakfast in the hotel restaurant is excellent.

Great property and friendly staff, steps away from the boardwalk and downtown Halifax. Highly recommend. Only feedback, need a mirror in the room, not just bathroom.

Hotel was good. Harbor view king, was very nice. Hotel is older but well kept. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was included, underground and convenient. Ev charging available. Would stay here again.

Perfectly situated next to Harbour walk , enjoyed Mariot Restaurant for breakfast , and caffe for coffee and convenient underground parking.

We had a room right by the pool which was great, however, it made for a very loud night when there was a big party of kids screaming and splashing about past 9p before security kicked them all out (adults only from 9-10p). The TV also made a very weird noise when it was turned on, but thankfully it stopped once you switched it to internet tv. Other than that, the room was clean, the staff friendly, and we had a comfortable stay.

Staff were great and welcoming. Hotel was clean and quiet - perfect for a relaxing couple of nights away but disappointed with the view. Booked a harbor view room and expected a view across Halifax harbor but all the rooms are on the side of the hotel so there are no panoramic views of the harbor, just a sidelong glance.

I was very disappointed in the pool. There are rooms that open up to the 4 foot deep cold pool. When we went there was a family with their kids lounging outside their room in the pool area with their room door open. It felt like we were interrupting their evening. No fault of the guest. Poor setup for a hotel.

Nicely renovated. Harbour view suite very comfortable. We are used to a room safe not available here. The personell on duty were delightful to deal with.

Great stay, lovely quiet room. Two areas that may need improvement: 1) The music played in the lobby and restaurant is too loud 2) The hot tub is too hot and the pool also too warm. Otherwise I had a great stay!

The only downfall was that the hot tub was out 9f order and that the food in the restaurant wasn't as good as other hotels I've stayed at. I had eggs Benedict and sadly I didn't enjoy their take on the hollandais sauce.

As always a wonderful stay. Front desk is extremely helpful. Everyone from the restaurant to housekeeping was very kind. Beds are comfortable, centrally located, clean with a wonderful view. I love staying here!
