The receptionist was just the best. Really good and helpful and a lovely person. My only comment is that I thought it was a bit overpriced compared with the 14 hotels we stayed in in France during our road trip. The tap in the bathroom needed tightening up as it was loose in the unit. The lack of parking was a bit of a pain but we parked ouside and got away with it.

Beautiful and spacious rooms with lot of sun light. Walking distance to almost everything. Excellent dining room for breakfast in the morning and drinks only in the evening. Excellent and fresh breakfast with great options for everyone. 24 hour coffee/ tea/ cappuccino/espresso. And filtered water to drink as much as you want 24 hours a day. Elevator on premises. Nothing fancy but safe and efficient elevator. Excellent staff and great hospitality. Cleaning of rooms bathrooms every day with clean sheets and towels. Very comfortable, we enjoyed our stay greatly. Couple of old game machines and great photographs of Hollywood stars on the walls. Love the decor too.

Tounai's best?

An old converted house with a retro theme in very attractive town. Walk to everything - quality bedding - a good breakfast - we would stay again. The layout makes it hard to avoid some stairs.

Disappointing stay.

Check in was chaotic, with the reception being crowded; with a noisy pub ball machine taking over the area; residents accessing their own keys behind the desk. The room was tired and poor quality for the money. Noisy at night. We didn’t take breakfast here but found a lovely cafe called Henry’s.

The staff tried to be helpful, and eventually moved me to a better room after I had to complain that there were no light bulbs in the ceiling lights in the corridor outside my room and the wifi did not work. Both of these things were solved when I was moved to another room. Breakfast wasn’t served until 8 am, and I had to leave the hotel with no breakfast to get to my work on time. There was no evening meal available.

C'est notre deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel et, une fois encore, le personnel a été formidable, la chambre spacieuse, très propre, avec une petite terrasse en bonus. Notre demande spéciale d'avoir de préférence une chambre au rez-de-chaussée et avec douche plutôt qu'une baignoire, pour mon amie PMR, a été prise en compte. Machine à café/thé/chocolat chaud disponible gratuitement pendant toute la durée de notre séjour. Tout était parfait. Superbe établissement. Nous y reviendrons.

Excellent choix dans l'ensemble

Excellent hôtel dans l'ensemble, et proche de la grand place de Tournai et de tous les musées ainsi que la cathédrale. Les chambres sont confortables et le petit déjeuner très satisfaisant. Seul bémol, la chambre disposait de deux petits lits plutôt que d'un lit double et c'était bien moins confortable.

L'hotel est bien situé en plein coeur de la ville de Tournai. Le bâtiment ancien n'empêche pas des équipements modernes et de qualité. Le personnel est très accueillant et fort sympathique. Un moment plaisant dans cette petite ville qui vaut d'être découverte.

Alles super!

War alles super! Mussten spontan wegen einer Panne hier übernachten und waren sehr zufrieden. Hotel war sauber und Zimmer war schön groß und gemütlich.
