Gezellig hotel, aardige bediening. Geen koffie zet apparaat in kamer, miste kluisje en airco. Verder alles goed. De 3 dingen erbij zouden een mooie upgrade voor het hotel zijn. Mooie ligging om Freiburg en zwarte woud te verkennen.

Grosse Gastfreundschaft

Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Besitzerin und Personal! Zimmer war gross, sauber und ein bequemes Bett. Das Frühstücksbuffet war auch sehr gut inkl. selbstgemachten Marmeladen. Wir kamen nach 21 Uhr und waren hungrig. Obwohl die Küche schon zu hatte, bekamen wir einen Salat und eine Suppe. Unser Hund durfte ebenfalls ins Restaurant. Hier merkt man die Gastfreundschaft! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolles Hotel

Sehr schönes, älteres, gepflegtes Hotel. Zimmer und Bad sind in einem tollen Zustand. Von der Chefin bis zum Personal sind alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Vielen Dank für das tolle Wochenende. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Beautiful Schwarzwald-Stollen

The building was built as a restaurant only in 1847, later it evolved into a hotel&restaurant. Currently the fifth generation of the owning family is in charge. If you want to lodge in a place buried deep in Schwarzwald, you will wake up hearing birds singing and beautiful sound of Elz streaming nearby. Hotel is exceptionally clean and the staff is tremendously helping.

Landidyl tæt på Freiburg

Fint lille hotel i smukke omgivelser - ikke langt fra Freiburg. Det er på landet, så kræver en bil. Værelserne var fine og store. Rent og pænt overalt. Eneste anke var manglende ac. Det var varmt, mens vi var der, og med en rimelig trafikeret landevej uden for vinduet, kan det godt give nogle udfordringer, når man skal sove. Personalet og ejerne var virkelig flinke. Dejlig morgenmad og fin service ved ankomst, hvor vi kom midt om natten

Great hotel, friendly staff.

Satnav took us to the road, but we had difficulty finding the hotel. Fortunately a kind German lady gave us directions. Parking was not on site but literally across the road. The receptionist was lovely and spoke excellent English. She showed us to our room that was very large and had lovely views. The bathroom in particular was a little tired looking. There was only one small pillow for each occupant when we really needed two each. After a good nights sleep the breakfast was lovely and again, the receptionist was most kind. Really would recommend this hotel to anyone, only don't forget to ask for additional pillows.

Black Forest Beauty

Friendly and knowledgeable staff kept us feeling comfortable and gave us good pointers as to places to visit. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to explore this beautiful region of Germany. The authentic styling and history was an extra bonus.

HOtel familiar tranquilo

Hotel familiar situado en un entorno rural y tranquilo. Aconsejable para las personas que quieran hacer senderismo o bicicleta por la Selva Negra, demasiado tranquilo para el que quiera algo de animacion. Bien comunicado con Friburgo por cercanias, que resulta gratuito con el pase que entregan en el hotel. Si se esta dos dias o mas existe un menu de 19 euros que esta muy bien elaborado y con buenos postres. Las habitaciones son clasicas, el hotel no tiene ascensor ni aire acondicionado. Hay aparcamiento para clientes en la puerta del hotel , tambien una terraza sobre el rio. EL trato es amable y con deseos de agradar y ayudar. Recomendable para hacer excursiones por la zona, no para publico joven y quiza necesite renovacion.

Mooi gemoedelijk Schwarzwald hotel.

Bijzonder vriendelijke en servicegerichte familie. Een echt zuid Duits hotel waarvan je tevreden en goed verzorgt weer huiswaarts keert. Zeker een aanrader als jij ook die aardige en rustige zuid Duitse mentaliteit op prijs stelt! Wij zouden er zeker weer naar toe gaan...

l'arrivée dans l'établissement est compliquée par un grand chantier de travaux publiques en immédiate proximité mais l'accueil est chaleureux, sympathique et extrêmement serviable. La chambre est trés agréable. le petit déjeuner est copieux, délicieux, servi dans un joli décor
