Nette Unterkunft mit starker Einschränkung

Sehr netter Empfang, großzügiges Zimmer und Bad, sauber und gepflegt, leider zwei negative Dinge: ein unerträglicher Geruch nach Fäkalien im Laufe des Abends und der Nacht (von der landwirtschaftlichen Einrichtung nebenan?) Sehr hellhörige Zimmer, die halbe Nacht konnte man die Gespräche der Zimmernachbarn, die zudem noch trotz Verbot geraucht haben, sehr deutlich hören, insgesamt war an Schlafen kaum zu denken. Sehr schade, denn Paola hat uns sehr nett begrüßt und eine gute Empfehlung für ein Abendessen gegeben und das Haus insgesamt ist schön.

Great base for Exploring Tivoli area

A nice place to explore Tivoli area. While the environment of the hotel is not that picturesque, it more than makes this up with splendid service. The owners are really fun and knowledgeable of the area and give great suggestions. Pool area is great, and the kids of course love the donkey, lambs and goats. Rooms are ok - we had to climb some stairs with our baggage, though. Breakfast had everything you can hope for. Overall, can recommend without hesitation.

Fantastic Host

Thanks Paola you really made our stay enjoyable and your help advising us of what sights to see in the area was really appreciated. We enjoyed the farm surrounding which was so close to major attractions. We would certainly recommend La Meridiana to our family & friends as a great place to spend a couple of days or more.

Great rural location

We were looking for somewhere close to the autostrada on the outskirts of rome but easily accessible for a day trip to the city. This place was perfect. The owner was very helpful with directions etc. the pool is set in very pretty gardens and safe for children as is separated from the childrens play park by a fence and gate. The rooms are lovely with small kitchenette.

very friendly and serviceminded female owner, who made a perfect welcome and information during our stay. good breakfast with taste of "local" Italian style. however, we went there because of the "agriturismo" part and especially the nearby riding school, but most days the staples were shut off and we could not ride there at all. however, the owner was very friendly and helped with another riding places 20km away, which was very nice and and fine riding school

How Sweet It Was

Va bene! This location was the most peaceful and secure of any of the hotels we booked for our vacation. As all of the reviews indicate, the room was comfortable, spacious, and well-appointed. The view of the farm from our window was lovely but the cute donkey, horses, goats, sheep and ram really added to the ambience. Paola is just perfectly suited to her vocation in agriturismo. She made us feel like we were almost relatives or at least old friends. She is a great listener, gives good advice and excellent directions. If you have problems sleeping, this is the place to stay. We traveled with our 14 year-old cat who never lets us sleep past 6:30AM, but while here we could snooze until 8. Our stay was peaceful and being at Agriturismo La Meridiana is healing. We hope to stay here again and encourage others who want a quiet respite from the hussle of the city to do the same.

The nicest, friendliest place you'll stay in Italy

We had a wonderful week at the Agriturismo La Meridiana. The greeting by the owner was wonderful and we were treated more like old friends than hotel guests. Paola was wonderfully helpful, gave us tips on local sites to see and even lent us a map book for our stay. The apartment was spotless, the breakfasts extensive, the shower powerful, the bed comfortable and the air conditioning very effective at heating and cooling the rooms as required. There was nothing more we could have asked for! I can honestly say I have never stayed anywhere else where I have felt more at home. I would recommend the hotel to anyone. Thanks for a wonderful holiday!

Perfekt sted for Barnefamilie.

Hotelle er perfekt for barnefamilige som ønsker å ha en svømmebaseng og stor lekeplass for barn. Jeg har en gutt på 12 og jenta på 10 og de var kjempe fornøyd med oppholde på hotelle og med Hotell eieren Paolla. Det er en fantastisk serivice og hjelp vi fikk og planlegge dags tur til forskjellig byer i Italia av Paolla. Når det gjelder transport jeg anbefaler at man leier en bil. Det kostet meg ca. 4500 for 18 dager en 5 dør person bil.

Wonderfully Welcoming Farm

The owner, Paola was so patient with us when we got lost on the way from the Airport. We spent a lovely night in a spacious, clean and comfortable room. We enjoyed a very Italian breakfast in the morning in our room. We would have liked to stay longer but our schedule did not allow it. Great welcome and hospitality.

Agriturismo La Meridiana

This is a lovely family run get away spot. The room was large & had a fully equipped compact kitchen within the room. My husband and I loved the horse riding school that is part of the hotel. The main sights of Villa d'Este, Hadrian's Villa and Villa Gregoriana are 15 minutes by car.Families with kids will love this place, lots of space to run around.

Paula är toppen! Sängarna sköna, rent och snyggt. Liten men bra och fräsch pool i avskiljd miljö. Gården är aktivt verksam, med en del trafik och en del djur. Gården ligger bredvid ett stenbrott och vid vissa vindförhållanden luktar det lite unket därifrån.

La Meridiana - Perfect country retreat

Beautiful location under the hills of Tivoli close to town with good restaurants and shops. Paola is the most helpful of owners making our stay feel like we were with family. We will stay longer next time.
