"Everything for the property is fine. It was just that I could not make the trip and be there and I was trying to get reimbursed through Expedia and I don’t believe that happened. We were completely flummoxed by delay from Washington to Atlanta and that messed up the entire trip. I would love to be reimbursed because we weren’t able to stay at this site."

"If you're looking for very sample, this place is for you. The resort needs a complete renovation from the parking lot to the rooms. To be honest, the only good thing about this resort was the coffee. Breakfast was sample, lots of bacon, the scrambled eggs looked gross. I had boiled eggs everyday. At 3am I found a huge waterbug(cockroach) growling up the drapes, that freaked me out. The last night the electricity went out from 10 pm to about 10am. The place needs work!"

"Attention, alors que nous croyions avoir loué un hôtel, il s'agit plutôt d'un appartement privé dans un hôtel. La prise en charge a donc été très pénible. Sinon, l'appartement (ou plutôt la grande chambre) est très bien. Propre et bien équipé. L'hôtel offre plusieurs services, mais vous n'aurez pas accès à tout si vous n'avez pas le bracelet approprié. Julien responded by phone right after we booked and then we communicated by WhatsApp. He also arranged the car rental for us. Junior picked us up at the airport and brought us back.
