The room is in very good condition and fairly clean. The room is like 15 ft away from the front desk clerk so not too much privacy. Every time you go to your room you got to walk to the around the front desk to reach your room. It is only minutes away from Oakland Mall and this area it's very modern and safe and has a lot of dining options and shopping options.

The staff was nice. The room was clean. But the restroom I would say 4/5. What I didn’t like is that the walls are so thin and you can hear everything on the other side. Next to my room there were kids and they were noisy. On the upper room there was a couple having sex and were too loud. I couldn’t sleep the whole night.

Two minutes from the mall but you have better options and the staff are really unhelpful and very permissive in a way due to it. The cameras really don’t help you feel safe enough. since the receptionist(tall gentleman with curly hair but with an nonchalant attitude about questions.

The windows are indoor windows ,so the ventilation is bad. Paid breakfast is not worth it as it is not indoor but It is a Terrance on the second floor , , further more people smoke there . The stuff sweeps and cleans the floor with the strong chemical smell while you are having your breakfast.

They had already given away our rooms when we got there so no point in reserving rooms because they don’t respect it. Gave us single rooms instead of doubles. Hot. Lack of any decoration and grey walls make it feel like a prison. Bare minimum amenities. The supposed queen beds were definitely not queen beds. Clean. New build. Great terrace. Nice showers but only has one dispenser for a general gel soap. No conditioner or shampoo.

First problem was the reception only spoke spanish, that make the check in difficult. The next was the hotel was under construction, which made a lot of loud. 8 am they began. Those above was not mentioned on the description. We got a room behind the reception, and every sounds gets into the room. So we could hear all the contruction workers walk, talk and work. And we could hear every time the receptions phone or door bell did ring. There was big windows but we needed always curtrains drawn, otherwise every person that walk to the hotel og park their car at garage would look at us. Those windows was also bad with noise, so every noise outside we also did hear. Big room but it was concrete room with no ventilation. So high humidity when we wake up and cold at night. The aircondition and remote control did not work always together. The badroom did neither have any ventilation, it only got small window. Normally the window with be outside, but this was a window intonthe hotel, actually right front of our door. When so many construction workers, we did not feel safe to use the bath because of this window. The next problem is we only got one towel which was dirty. And it felt embressing that when turning on the light, the reception or others could see someone using the bathroom. The hotel has tried to have a luxery nice look, but when you look close it seems more like cheap fix. All above makes it diffocult to give more than 1 star.
