The hotel is located in a nice, safe area surrounded by restaurants and coffee shops, it was a one night stay to use the airport transport, the room was excellent, all amenities and services in good working order, hot water in the shower excellent, did not try the food due to the shortness of time. The airport service is not free, there is a surcharge of $25.00 and reservation is required Subject to time and availability, and space, they use a 4 passenger SUV,.although the driver was very friendly and courteous

Worth the stay

Hotel was impeccably clean. Staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. If you come without an itinerary please do not hesitate to ask the front desk for tips. I would stay here again if re-visited Guatemala.
