We were all very happy with everything about this hotel. Loved the set up, will visit again.

Hotel needs to be updated. It was overpriced for what was provided. I change my booking and stayed only one night and even though the price on web had dropped hotel insisted on charging me rate supposedly send by Expedia. As I checked in at night in a new city chose not to look for other options that night for safety reasons. Stayed one night and moved on.

El lugar es centrico, pero algo caro por los servicios que ofrecen, es algo viejo el edificio y la habitación era muy pequeña, con los materiales muy viejos. Había enchufes sin funcionar y el burro para planchar deshaciéndose. Fuera de eso la hospitalidad y el trato humano, impecable.

Excelente servicio en la mejor zona de la ciudad.

EServicio y amabilidad muy bueno, desde el Gerente hasta el muchacho del parqueo. El ambiente calidad!!!! fuera de serie. Solo sugiero que pongan champú en la ducha, no había. Por otro lado, si bien es cierto hay cafetera en la habitación pero no hay café, siendo Guatemala un país netamente productor y exportador de café, es muy conveniente que puedan degustar los clientes (4 oz) sobre todo los que vienen del exterior, por lo demás todo muy bien, !!!!Felicitaciones!!!!

En primer lugar no me dan factura porque me dicen que es expidia quien me tiene que dar la factura y tuve que rogar por ella. Bulla en exceso, no tiene ventanas antirruido, tocan el timbre las personas insistentemente, el parque es incomodo, las instalaciones demasiado viejas, el baño.. sin comentarios. La experiencia que tuve utilizando los servicios de HOTELS.COM y de Suites Reforma Fue PESIMA, espero no volver a utilizar los servicios de ese lugar y menos de esta página en donde no respetan MI DERECHO de tener una factura por el dinero que pague...

This hotel is very affordable and in a great location near restaurants, shops, and night life. The staff is wonderful. But it is a bit noisy because it is located on a very busy street and the water pressure in the shower varied. On hot days, the fact that we had air conditioning was really great.

OK para pocas noches

Este hotel tuvo mejores tiempos, se encuentra en remodelación, tiene un ambiente bastante ochentero. Los cuartos incluyen lavabo y vajilla pero no hay jabón de platos, hay cafetera pero sin café, detalles que realmente harían una diferencia. La limpieza es buena pero utilizan químicos con olores muy fuertes a cloro.

Verifiquen si les van a incluir desayuno o no!

Hice mi reservación en línea (por Hoteles.com), donde me garantizaron desayunos incluidos, como parte del precio; sin embargo, al momento de registrarme, me indicaron (porque yo hice la pregunta) que no les aparecía el desayuno incluido en la oferta de Expedia; les reenvié de inmediato la confirmación donde explícitamente se alcaraba el asunto. Al día siguiente, después del desayuno el encargado del restaurante me indicó que debía pagar por los desayunos... entonces tuve que arreglar la situación, que me tomó tiempo valioso, y la molestia correspondiente. Al fin asumieron su responsabilidad, y no pagué por los desayunos, sin embargo, considero que de no haber contado con la copia de corroboración y el carácter para reclamar mi derecho, me hubieran cobrado por los desayunos, que en comparación con otros establecimientos muy cercanos al Hotel, habrían sido evidentemente sobrevalorados.
