Très bel hôtel

Très bel hôtel avec une chambre très confortable et agréable et une belle douche. Wifi fonctionne bien. Seul petit bémol : le manque d'anglais parlé à la réception, mais on finit quand même par se faire comprendre.

Very Poor English at reception desk ... some difficulties to be expected if you need any extra. Situation : poor interest : overview from the room window on a series of old dirty tall buildings.

Great location, clean and comfortable rooms

Nice new hotel with convenient access to Metro subway station. The room is quite large and clean. The beds are comfortable with good support. Bathroom has nice modern details and with all basic toiletry provided. People at front desk were very polite. Service was good thought nothing fancy, no concierge to give you travel tips, or help purchase tour tickets. Room services was a bit too eager to clean our room. Even when we had sign out saying no cleaning necessary, they still came in. Complained to front desk and they were very apologetic and promised to talk to room service about respecting client privacy. Overall a great experience.
