Great hotel, great staff, but its the smell, the entire place reaks of strong and cheap perfume, the elevators, the corridors, everywhere, it makes the eyes water. After staying here 3 times its only getting worse, so I cant bring myself to stay here anymore. Its a shame, really.

第一晚给了间蛮老旧的房，电视很小也看不清，唯一可取的是房间大。过了一晚，房间窗户附近有很大烟味，开房门出去更是一阵阵的传来。 反映了给柜台，马上提升到另一豪华型房间，房型更大也新，还有个大电视，一切都不错。 虽然还是有些小问题，但都很快一一解决了。是间服务不错的酒店，前枱人员，清洁大婶的服务态度也很好。 酒店处于淘金和小北地铁站之间，要走个7，8分钟，还算可以。总体来说，这次入住的经验是满意的。 只希望皇冠假日快快装修那些老旧的房间。说真的，如果这次不提升我的房间，下次就不选这酒店了。

The hotel check-in process took an excessive amount of time, which was quite inconvenient. We were a family with kids, and despite requesting adjacent rooms, we were assigned rooms on different floors. After making several requests, they eventually offered us a third room, but we had to wait an additional hour until 7 PM to receive it. The check-in staff did not seem adequately competent, and they provided no information beyond handing us the room keys.

ça fait 10 ans que je descend dans cet hotel pour raisons professionnelles. Le personnel à l'accueil est cordial, les équipements sont utiles mais je n'attribuerais plus 5 étoiles. Les wc la douche et la baignoire auraient mérités un nettoyage plus poussé.

호텔 체크인 전에 택시로 인해 난감한일이 있었는데, 호텔 직원분들이 해결될때까지 도와주셨습니다.! 너무 감동받았고 이 호텔의 훌륭한 서비스를 많은 분들이 알면 좋을것 같습니다.

There is no way this can be a 5 starer. Check it for urself. The best i would give is a 3 star. Its old, studf in room are damaged, stinks old carpet.

Canton fair Business trip

Hotel it’s nice it’s very well located, near malls and shops. Rooms are nice and well equipped, bathrooms are big and nice. We got breakfast and dinner included, breakfast it’s ok it was better before pandemic, but dinner had very few choices to choose from. Even do we will return next time but with out dinner.
