"This was one of our favorite places we stayed in Portugal. The lady who runs this is absolutely wonderful (as well as her pet goat and dogs). She even makes a lovely homemade breakfast, by request, for only 6€ a person. In the morning, we could smell her homemade bread baking. The suite we stayed in had a full kitchen, a super comfortable bed, nice bathroom and a beautiful balcony with a view of the hills. The property is very quiet and located in such a peaceful area. "Wonderful hotel. One of the best I’ve stayed in, in Europe. Think I got an upgrade, stayed on 11th floor, room was massive with stand alone bath, and seperate shower. Mini bar, coffee machine, kettle, complimentary water, and apples in the hall. Only had breakfast one day as had to leave early on second morning, due to Storm Ingrid. But breakfast was great, buffet with huge selection of hot & cold items. Definitely a 5 star hotel"
