"The most beautiful location I stayed at while at Iceland. Full fledged kitchen amenities provided in common room. Neat and tidy guesthouse, comfy bed and decent private bathroom. I really loved the experience staying at this location and highly recommend. Only issue if you are coming in late is check the procedure in advance or call them earlier during the day. "This was a surprising property for me. At first it looked more like a typical American Motel but WHOA was I surprised ! This was a beautiful establishment with kind and friendly staff, VERY comfortable accommodations , a fantastic cafe and restaurant, and a beautiful view. I was so thrilled to stay at this hotel! "the man and women at the front desk were amazing. they went above and beyond for us. we were in a car accident (rear ended) on our first day in Iceland (about 15 minutes from the cottages) and were very stuck as we couldn’t drive the car or make phone calls. we got in contact with them and they not only picked us up but moved us into a room in the main part of the building so that we could be close to the front desk to use their phones to make many calls back and forth to our car rental company....

"This is a lovely hotel in an excellent location - I don't think any other spot could match the view from the rooms here. There's no common area to gather, other than at breakfast, but there are charming spots in the hallways to sit and look out at the harbour. The breakfast buffet was very good. "

"Designer-Apartment in guter Lage. Sehr geräumig, hochwertig gebaut und ordentlich ausgestattet. Der Self-Check-In über die Schlüsselbox funktioniert einwandfrei. Lediglich das Badezimmer roch etwas streng, die Heizung war viel zu warm eingestellt und man hört den Nachbarn ein wenig. "
