You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:

• A tax is imposed by the city and collected at the property. This tax is adjusted seasonally and might not apply all year round. Other exemptions or reductions may apply. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 16 October to 14 March, EUR 0.00 per person, per night, up to 14 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 14 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 15 March to 15 October, EUR 1.50 per person, per night, up to 14 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 14 years of age.
• Cleaning fee: EUR 25.00 per accommodation, per night, (varies per unit)
• Bed sheets fee: EUR 15.00 per accommodation, per night
• Seasonally adjusted heating fee: EUR 10.00 per accommodation, per stay

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

• Late check-in fee for check-in between 8:00 PM and midnight
• Air conditioning fee: EUR 2.50 per day
• Gas fee: EUR 5 per day
• Heating fee: EUR 5 per day
