"This hotel is a true gem. If you are thinking about booking it - do it!!! We originally booked only 2 nights but extended our stay 2 more nights because we loved it so much. Can't even name all the convenient features, like the little essential oil on the night stand for better sleep, the complimentary "Zirben" Water, the integrated radio in the bathroom, the list goes on. "Clean rooms, beautiful new build with a fantastic family spa area!! Truly wonderful!! Kids were given a Christmas present which was a lovely touch. And we arrived very late on the first day, i knew it may be the case so i phoned in advance and they had prepared some food for us on the side, which was really great. A star missing because of unfriendly staff who were always fighting amongst eachother infront of guests and were unfortunately very impolite. It would be lovely to label the food...

Insgesamt nicht serviceorientiert. Die neue Lobby ist schön aber laut. Der Wellnessbereich gehört zum Ramsau Bad, laut und voll. Insgesamt Preis Leistung nicht angemessen, zu teuer und gibt mit 4 Sternen bessere Hotels im Ort "
