Fantastic service and nice room. Some weird things like no provided free water and no openable window but otherwise a great experience. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Very nice hotel, very clean and lovely rooms. It is a shame that road works were taking place outside our room. Traffic noise from the motorway was a bit inconvenient.

Ontbijtbuffet was een prima continentaal ontbijt. Qua gezondheid was er rekening gehouden met glutenvrije producten. Maar ook priducten zoals noten en chiazaad voor in de yoghurt. Kamer was schoon, douche lekker en goed geplaatst, zodat er geen waterballet in de badkamer is. Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. En wat ook fijn was dat we de fietsen vrilig konden stallen!

The only complaints would be that the showers are very small (mine leaked heavily) and the carpets need a serious steam cleaning. Otherwise all linens and surfaces where clean and very friendly staff. Oh and a very nice breakfest.

Kwamen om 3 uur, kamer niet klaar. Hadden om 5 uur gereserveerd in restaurant, kregen na 20 minuten de menukaart. Hadden er wel om gevraagd, antwoord was waren geen menukaarten meer beschikbaar. Alles was uitgedeeld, moesten dus wachten tot andere mensen besteld hadden. Vloerbedekking in kamer was smerig. Er was ook niet (goed) gestofzuigd.

Needs updating, far from town center

Staff were professional and polite. Hotel is dated, I'm not sure how it has 4 stars, maybe they were achieved in the '80s, it certainly isn't a 4* hotel now. Hotel is in an area with very few restaurants nearby, or any other facilities other than the MartiniPlaza event space. A walk into town would be 40 mins, so if you are planning on going into Groningen, I'd recommend a Taxi
