Good location close to the town shopping strip.

Good location close to the town shopping strip and eateries. Good sized room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. You do get street noise due to its CBD location but stops by bedtime. Sound insulation between rooms isn’t great, particularly if you have overly loud neighbors.

Very spacious

Plenty of room with a large patio, large clean room. Nice clean bathroom, great shower & clean towls. Secure parking & welcoming, friendly staff. Comfy king bed. Not as sound proof as I would like, but lucky to have reasonably quiet neighbours.

Good location and spacious

Super spacious room with nice balcony and outdoor seating. Centrally located so easy to walk to the main shops. Not as clean as it could have been, someone had left their charger and rubbish behind the table. Also bit dusty and moldy in the bathroom

Good stay, although some points of attention

First of all, when I booked this stay hotels.com mentioned that there is a laundry-facility on site for guests. There was not. I was able to upgrade my stay for 55 aus dollar, so I could do laundry. A little expensive in my opinion. Further, I didn’t like all the ‘managementrules-signs’ with penalties if you do this or that’. First of all, it doesnt not work like that, second of all: it is a hige sign of mistrust in guests, and is very childish. Especially because the penalties are extremely out of bounce: 100aus dollar if you change the settings of the television hahahaha

Hotel and staff are great, unfortunately not sure if it’s a gym nearby or I just copped noisy party neighbours returning on a big night at 5am. They played music with bass that went through my body and room. Yikes!

Great to be off the main st, but close enough to walk to several cages and restaurants. Quiet from traffic noise, but noise does travel between rooms and hallway. Mattress was most comfortable I've ever had in a motel. Staff were great, facilities modern and clean, parking is secure. There is a small slow lift, but not sure what you do in a fire. Would have liked a second arm chair so we could both sit to watch TV at night. Had TV though, a stereo, aircon was quiet on economy setting, microwave, kettle, fridge, tea coffee and bikkies, all as you would expect. Overall, quite happy, would stay again, and would recommend.

Centrepoint Apartments are in an ideal location. Easy walk to shops & restaurants on Banna Ave. Parking is secure as are the apartments. The apartment is spacious & clean with all you need. The tv is fine for free to air but a smart tv would be better. The staff are very friendly & helpful.

I have stayed a few times and have loved it. The property is still great with good sized rooms which are clean and a fantastic shower. This time however was very noisy, people in the hallway arguing and could hear every said in the connecting room. No fault of business owner. Also a little frustrated as house keeping knocked 3 times before 9.30am when check out isn’t until 10am. I was on a meeting so was not good having constant interruption's.

Walls are paper thin … if you’re a light sleeper you won’t get any sleep as you can even hear the people in the adjoining room… very disappointed. Also bathroom was basic at best - the place needs some TLC

The room we rented was fully-furnished, clean and tidy. Alhough the ceiling lights were pretty dim, the ambience was cozy. The parking lot was secured, and the staff were warm and friendly. We felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

We got the last room. A converted broom closet. Could hear every guest coming and going up the adjacent stairs. The tv which doesn’t work completely obscured the window to one side of the bed. Very weird setup. The room wasn’t made up on arrival in the late afternoon. A string of bad luck led to a pretty poor experience.
