"This was my best stay in a hotel in recent years, and I've been in a lot of hotels in a lot of countries. The reception looked warm and welcoming, and the staff on reception were smiling and cheerful and welcoming. The bedroom was great in all aspects - large and with a superb modern bathroom. Breakfast was great. The location is ideal for sightseeing in London, not far from Oxford Circus and near Underground stations but quiet at night. I very much recommend this hotel to anyone who can...

We had to scramble to find another place at the very last minute. Hotels.com was not very helpful either. We are Gold members. Not sure, how hotels.com treats other members or may be gold membership doesn't mean anything to them."
