Our room was spacious and exceptionally clean. The breakfast was delicious and filling. And I can't speak highly enough of the staff. They were wonderful throughout our stay, answering our questions and helping us navigate breakfast options with some known food allergies. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

Upon arrival we noticed it was quite busy. Seems young baseball and basketball stars were rooming there for their games. So, a lot of activity. we were not disturbed at all. It was great for young people and those young at heart with the pool and court adjacent to the building. Breakfast was good, and our suite area was very clean. Did not notice anyone with pets.

My recent stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott Greenville was very disappointing. My wife and I stayed at the hotel for two nights, and unfortunately, we experienced significant problems with the air-conditioning system during our first night. In the middle of the night, my wife and I woke up to an extremely hot and uncomfortable room. The air-conditioning system in our second-floor room was only blowing hot air. At approximately 2:00 a.m., I contacted the front desk. The attendant was very pleasant, helpful, and accommodating, and she moved us to another room down the hall. Unfortunately, the air-conditioning system in the second room also blew only hot air. By approximately 3:00 a.m., I had to return to the front desk again. For the second time in less than an hour, we had to pack our belongings and move to another room—this time on the seventh floor. Thankfully, the air-conditioning system in the third room worked properly, and we did not experience any additional problems. While I sincerely appreciate the professionalism and helpfulness of the overnight attendant, having to change rooms twice between 2:00 and 3:00 a.m. was extremely inconvenient and significantly disrupted our sleep and overall hotel experience. Given the circumstances, I believe a refund or appropriate reimbursement for at least the first night of our stay is warranted. I would appreciate Residence Inn by Marriott reviewing this matter and providing fair compensation for the inconvenience we experi
