The staff was very helpful when my TV did not operate.. The manager was happy to upgrade my room were the television worked properly. I have visited this motel a couple of weeks ago and travel for work. This is now were i will continue to stay when im traveling to the area. The room was very clean and the newly installed mattress was very comfortable. If your coming to Greenville in the future, i do recommend this motel.

I had never stayed here before but the rates were much better than all the others so I was kind of skeptical at first. But upon arriving and checking the room out, I was pleasantly pleased. It comes with a small kitchen area which most do not, especially for the price. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others. The staff are very nice and helpful and that’s a rarity as well. My wife keeps a log on the good, bad and ugly of the rooms we stay in for a future reference and this will most assuredly go into the good list.

The room itself was clean when we arrived. The price was very good. The kitchenette was decent. We arrived early and were told to check back at 3pm. We returned at three, but the room wasn't ready until 5pm. There was no housekeeping done between days we stayed, so no clean towels and we ran out of toilet paper. Felt like it would take an hour or two two get some, so we bought our own. I think also that we received a smoker's room when we asked for non-smoking.

Clean, safe and affordable.

Clean, safe and good hotel if you are passing through, needing a good nights sleep and in our case traveling with pets. (Stay free) I like the location, near everything but not too busy. The price is affordable if you are budgeting. Having a kitchen is a plus.

Comfortable

We had quick easy check in. I'm on a budget and have a poodle so finding a hotel in the area that didn't want a huge fee was difficult. They put us on a lower floor when we asked which im very thankful for, my mom has a knee injury that goes out at times, it's very painful when it happens. The room was decent, clean and the hotel in general appears well managed. The large refrigerator was a plus and a kitchenette was useful. Walmart is directly across the road which is convenient, as i always forget something. I felt safe and slept well. Thank you!

Bed dirty place was a mess all together hair in shower just disgusting staff real sweet tho ..manager needs a upgrade and her customer service sucks
