"We had a great experience for a short 1 day family outing. The heated pool was awesome for our kids, and we were very pleased with the easily walkable location of the Inn. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The facilities were clean, and the room was comfortable. Would stay here again. Thank you"

"The staff was extremely unprofessional and rude. Definitely do not recommend. House keeping never came to clean the room or change the sheets and I had been there for 3 whole days. When I got to my room my bed had a very nasty stain on the sheets, and no toilet paper in the restroom, I felt obligated to take a photo of course. Also around 1AM they had plumping issues that made an extremely loud noise you could hear it on the entire 2nd floor for 30 minutes. I also took a video of that.
