I'm sure this is a very nice hotel during the busy season. However, during my recent stay, I was the only guest there. The pool was unusable, the water pressure was close to a drizzle and there were no staff members on site unless you called a cell phone. Very strange experience but not horrible. Just wanted others to know in case you travel there in late October.

Stay here was great, the hotel is very conveniently located, and the staff are great, very accommodating and understanding. We had a great stay, the street is nice and quiet and hotel is clean.

Fabulous hotel with an amazing manager
We had to seek emergency accommodation after the floods and were lucky to get a suite/room at the Somnia. Nobody had wifi so the owner couldn't tell if our booking was real or not but let us stay for longer than our booking until we could safely get off the island. The room was huge and had a dining and kitchen area too. He put his team in to emergency clean up mode as the island had flooded and there was a lot of mess and damage at the hotel at ground floor level. We had no running water or flushes but the owner and his partner were so helpful and kind when they were under immense stress and pressure. It was really sad to see the destruction. The location was great for the port, probably better than our main hotel booking (Punta) so we may book at this hotel next year.

Vi har bodd på Somnia 3 ganger og er veldig fornøyd med hotellet. Hadde leilighet med 2 balkonger, mot bakgate og mot basseng. God plass i leilighet. Renhold hver dag. Minus at doen lakk så det rant vann utover badegulvet. Hotellet er i perfekt gangavstand til old port hvor vi stort sett tar båt ut til Tsougria hver dag samt spiser middag på kveldstid. Supermarked, buss og taxi like utenfor hotellet. Veldig hyggelig eier og ansatte og ekstra hyggelig når de kjenner oss igjen hver gang vi kommer. Veldig god frokost.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Common areas were tidy. The pool area was wonderful for my family. Short walk to town and an easy taxi ride to/from airport. The mattress in our room was uncomfortable.

It is island Greece, so the streets are not North American style. We never felt unsafe, but the roads are dirt/gravel/little pavement and weedy which is not a reflection of the hotel. The hotel itself was clean and fine for my family of 5. Friendly host and staff, and provided great dinner recommendations too.

Disco som granne
Boendet var bekant för oss sedan innan men hade fått nya hotell som granne. På ett av dom spelades det HÖG musik till 24. Man kunde verkligen inte sova före det!! Det passade inte oss och kan därför inte rekommendera boendet. Annars har vi varit nöjda med allt förutom de väldigt hårda sängarna och lilla badrummet.

Två nätter innan avresa hemåt
Mindre Hotel med små rum och väldigt liten toalett, duschen var minimal med ett duschdraperi som klistrade dig fast vid en. Dock fanns det en allmän dusch i källaren som var stor och bra. Poolen var ett plus, ren och stor med en liten avskild del för barn. Baren var liten och erbjöd en medioker mat. Men hotellet ligger väldigt nära stan och busstation.

Amazing value for money.
Absolutely lovely hotel. Kostas was there to greet us when we arrived after 9.30 pm. Room was spacious, kitchen area very well thought out and stocked up well. Fab sized pool with plenty of good comfortable sunbeds. All perfect for us.
Well equipped compact kitchen with a sliding drop down door.
Very neat and tidy.
Nice little balcony just right size for two. We had room 116 so we had sunshine late afternoon onwards on our balcony.

Owners stayed up to greet us when we arrived late. They are very friendly and gave us recommendations on where to eat and how to get to the beach. Breakfast was excellent! We were anticipating grab and go items as we are used to that but it was a homemade meal and it was wonderful! The pool area is very nice and relaxing as well! Thank you to the staff! We enjoyed our short visit immensely!

Hotel in buona posizione vicino al centro , ben pulito ogni 2 giorni cambio di asciugarmi e lenzuola, l’ unica pecca se devo trovare un difetto la colazione era un po’ monotona sempre le stesse cose ma comunque sufficiente. Qualche brioche per noi italiani non ci starebbe male. Nel complesso buono ci tornerei volentieri.

Gem of a hotel
Very clean hotel with good amenities close to town centre and transport. Room cleaned daily fresh towels and bed linen changed more than other hotels in area. Pool area lovely
