For sure the loo cistern works fine, you just need to press the button. We are always around and willing to help if our guests face any difficulty or have any complaint. If you had asked we'd show you how the loo cistern works and it wouldn't be so uncomfortable for you (and for the cleaning lady after your departure).As for the mosquitoes that flew around, we provide mosquito net for the window, net around the bed and anti-mosquito device. More than one ways to get rid of them! Some of our guests enjoy the net around the bed and some just put it on the side. It can be easily moved away from the pillows. Considering the reviews of our other guests we'd like to think we have a clean and well taken care of accommodation, but again we're sorry for the problems you faced during your stay.
