In our top priorities is to ensure that apartment descriptions, location, amenities included, and booking terms & conditions are transparently available to all guests prior to booking. This customer refused to accept the transaction terms agreed. In an effort to resolve the situation and accommodate the guest preferences, we offered alternative options based on hotel's availability that were not accepted. Following the departure (the next day) we received multiple direct requests for a refund, including references to guest’s professional activity as a travel reporter and potential negative reviews affecting our property. Any such requests for non-refundable reservations should be addressed to the appropriate booking channel. To ensure transparency, we promptly contacted the booking channel, to report the situation and provide them with the necessary details, and the customer request was rejected. We take guest satisfaction seriously and strive to address concerns to the best of our ability.
