"Excellent property. Good restaurant, nice pool and has laundry on site which was nice. Only issue was Expedia has address incorrect on their site once we booked. Had to call hotel and get proper address"

"Few properties have an indoor pool and hot tub at this price, so that's a nice perk. Important if you're old and on a multi-day hiking trip. However, the pool is not well maintained. VERY humid in there, locker rooms closed/taped off, like they're actively working on it/doing construction, which was the same when I stayed there a full year ago. Also, I called before booking to ask if it was worth paying extra for the "suite" and was told it has a couch and extra space, so I did pay more for that...

"Toiletries were useless. Inadequate towels, soap the size of a dime. Bed and pillows awful Cont breakfast consisted of two loaves of opened bread, jam containers not clean and almost empty, a dozens or so of mini donuts in a tupper- ware container,,,,,,at 7 AM coffees was ice cold. No staff available. Their biggest concern is to over charge all guests that have pets. this place has decreased in performance over the years. I will never stay there again."

"Safe and clean, although dated. It was very difficult to get the shower to a safe, comfortable temp, but with some patience, it can be done. The hot tub/spa area is seasonal, which was not advertised. Quiet and comfortable, the room was spacious."

"As always, our stay at Under Canvas was phenomenal! A comfortable, easy camping experience that truly allowed us to relax and enjoy the incredible beauty of the White Mountains! The tent was clean and spacious, and the grounds were easy to navigate. The staff was kind and enthusiastic. We would recommend a trip with Under Canvas over and over again! "Staff was very helpful accommodating late check-in and are very friendly. Accommodations are dated, as are most in this area though. So for the price relative to other places, I’d stay again. Good proximity to hiking (or skiing in the winter). AC worked well, mini fridge and coffee maker were nice to have. Could use new beds"

"Great little cabin for a quick getaway. Clean and had what we needed. The pond was delightful and the owners were fantastic and friendly. They were happy to accommodate any needs we had and fun to sit and chat with. Will definitely be back!"
