"One of the favorite places we have ever stayed in! The place is beautifully restored and you feel like you are really staying in a historic place. We stayed in a room that had ample space and enjoyed staying in. There is a lovely balcony with a hot tub. There were two friendly cats that hung out with us on the balcony. The location was wonderful with being close to where we could park and still being in Old Town. "

Contact with them was excellent & Kalliopi was fantastic, so attentive to our needs she is a credit to you! Arranged return taxi & some bits for us on arrival. Lovely complimentary bottle of wine. Can’t wait to return, was one of the best stays we’ve had in 25+ years of travel."

"I can’t praise this place enough. Fantastic location, fantastic staff, fantastic rooms, and fantastic food. The staff are some of the kindest and most service-minded I’ve ever encountered, they made the stay an absolute pleasure. The rooms are modern and beautiful, the cleanliness was outstanding and the breakfast was amazing. If I ever return to Crete, this will be the place I stay. 100%."

"So ein schönes, kleines, gemütliches und charmantes Hotel. Evi und Sally haben uns toll umsorgt. Das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse war ein Highlight. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigeren Seitengasse der schönen Altstadt. Hinweis: man kann mit dem Auto oder Taxi nicht ans Hotel fahren. Daher vorher prüfen, an welcher Stelle man aussteigt."

"I stayed at Theartemis Palace for two nights during a longer trip to Crete and found it to be an excellent base for exploring Rethymno. The hotel is well-located, just a short walk from the charming old town, making it easy to enjoy the area's rich history and vibrant atmosphere. The property itself is stylish, well-maintained, and offered a high standard of comfort throughout my stay. Overall, a pleasant and convenient choice for anyone visiting this part of Crete."
