"We showed up and the room was not ready or cleaned. It looked like someone had just left. We reached out over and over to the staff and they kept making promises they did not keep. I was even hung up on. Overall this was the worst experience of my life with this type of stay, which was not cool seeing as the entire Holiday weekend stay was setup as a surprise/gift for my wife’s birthday! Surprise honey we get to stay in a dirty room and get treated like we are the problem with horrible customer...

"Somebody at some point in the not to distant past , spent money to make this place livable. Sadly they're big dogs in the rooms. And the owner of the two big dogs in the room next to me left leaving the dogs behind. The barked and bayed incessantly scratching on the walls and doors. So I think the physical plant is fine , and as close to a three star building as a property that age can be. But there are some people that seem to have no sense of responsibility when it comes to how they treat...
