"This is an absolutely exceptional hotel - starting with a very personal check-in by one of the owners to a fantastic room (we had a junior suite with in-room bathtub and mountain view) to the culinary highlights of the Gault Millau recommended cuisine. All of this in a cozy ambiance that combines Tyrolean hospitality with modern amenities. Having traveled in many countries over the years with numerous hotels - Strasserwirt really stands out. "Hotel is decorated beautifully, all still very new. Located just on the edge of town but walkable into the centre in 10 minutes.
The spa area is very nice, especially after a days hiking but would be helpful to know upfront that there is a €25 charge per person for 2 hours to use this. "
