Awful experience. Whole building smells musty. We walked into our room and were greet3d by bugs all over thr insife of our window. Had to kill bugs all.night. qent and bought fisinfectant because we couldnt get refund. Will never be back here.

The guy at the front desk was clearly drunk and kept pushing his cookies on us. The room was tiny and stank and very noisy. I expect to get my money back because nobody should have to deal with this. $200 for that crappy hotel room. Stay far away from this hotel. There’s plenty of other hotels on this street, choose one of those.

Stayed for 1 night. Free bottled water and cookies. Breakfast was low quality but hey it’s complimentary. Coffee machine pretty outdated. Got the job done overall!

We booked this hotel because of the “free” airport shuttle. The shuttle in fact is not free if you have an early flight. (Before 7am) it costs $10. I guess I was ok with that. Except for the when we got to the lobby and paid for our shuttle, the clerk said he could find the keys to the van. After 15 minutes of really just standing around he told us to get an Uber. Which cost 14$ plus tip. I asked for a refund of the room as they didn’t live up to their end of the bargain. He told me to call after 9 am for a manager. When I called. The manager dismissed my complaint and said because I wanted the shuttle before 7 am that I was out of luck. Even though the policy was that I had to pay and it was still available. (Which I did). I was kind in the phone. Never raised my voice, but continued to make my case. In the end, the manager hung up on me. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. Do not stay here. There are better options.

I was very pleased. It’s not a top notch hotel because the style and furniture is a little outdated but it is well worth its price. Friendly staff, clean room and bathrooms.

It was a convenient place to stay - they booked cars for me because the shuttle wasn’t running - but there was a lot of uncertainty about what would happen in the morning for my early flight.

Nothing worked in the room, tv, refrigerator, microwave, nothing worked. Tried to call front desk and always got a busy signal. Won't stay here again. We only spent one night to fly out in the morning.

Friendly staff, only $8 to park while I'm out of town, and only $10 total for my party to take the airport shuttle outside of normal operating hours of 7am to 10pm. Hot breakfast with large selection of food choices.

What i like most is that it was quiet. There was no noice. I slept well. The bed was comfortable. The staff was very accommodating. I got a complimentary ride to the airport. I would book this hotel again in the future.

The locks on the doors where broken, slimy dirty bathroom floors upon arrive, smelled horrible, just overall grosse and would not recommend. Window screens busted out and laying on the ground in parking lot.

The staff were sufficiently friendly. I never received room service... Maybe that's not standard anymore? The young woman working the dining area at breakfast kept the place immaculate. Excellent work. The room was rather poorly lit, which was not great. The bed was comfortable, and overall it felt pretty clean. The doors block out ZERO hallway sound, and there were some noisy guests in the hallway a couple times around the time I went to bed.

The reception was very good but I was surprised that she was unable to incude my Choice accounts number into the system so I would get credit for this stay. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast lady did a good job. Part of the back parking lot was rough and had water puddles on it.

Super comfortable mattress
What stood out was that the bed mattress was one of the few most comfortable that I've ever experienced. The kind that you just sink into yet it was very supportive on the back

Reasonable price and accommodations for an overnight stay before or after a flight. Also offers long term parking for $8/day for up to 11 days, or $9/day for 12 of more days. The shuttle to and from the airport is free unless very early in the morning or late at night.

Late Night Shuttle Driver Not Ideal.
Called for airport shuttle to hotel and they said it was only 6 am to 10 pm and as it was after 11 pm, I may have to find my own way. Fortunately the shuttle driver was still working and was already there so I got picked up immediately. But there was a definite smell of marijuana in the van. Driver did not leave his seat so I had to open all the doors and load/unload my own luggage. Hotel is old, but very nice comfortable bed.

My plane arrived late (11pm) and when called for the shuttle I was told it stopped at 10 albeit confirming the day before that it ran. A shuttle was eventually sent, driver was great. Check in not so friendly or helpful.
