The room was a king with a sleeper sofa. When using the sleeper sofa the room is so small you can’t walk from the bed around the sleeper sofa to get to the bathroom.
We had to shift the furniture around to get enough space to get through.
We have stayed at Bonvoy hotels for years & have never had this problem. Besides, this was probably the most we paid for a 1-night stay.
I was very disappointed with our stay.

I'm sorry for the space issues you had. We do have rooms with 2 queen beds available for reservations so that no sofa sleeper is needed. We hope we get to host you again. Thank you.
Rooms are dated. Hair on the bathroom floor and in the tub. We didn’t complain as we’re not like that, but what pushes me over the edge is a stupid $10 fee that showed up on my visa for parking our car. Have you ever been to Grand Junction? Pure gouging!

We are among several hotels in this area that charge and we have done so since 2019 and we are the cheapest amongst the Marriott and Hilton hotels in this area. Many hotels, such as ours, choose to charge for parking regardless of location and we do have a very busy lot the majority of the year. We hope the remainder of your stay went well and we hope to host you again in the future!

My hair dryer was broken, called down to front desk three time because they didn’t answer. Finally got ahold of someone who said they would check on if they had an extra and bring it up. I ask them to call me back either way so I wasn’t waiting up all night, never heard back. Pool was also the smallest hotel pool I have ever seen.

I didn’t stay at this hotel, I checked in and bathroom was dirty, it had used toilet paper and it smelled disgusting, it was really noisy, I left the property, didn’t spend 20 minutes there, I need a refund since I didn’t used your property

The receptionist, unfortunately, displayed a less-than-professional demeanor during my visit. Instead of providing a pleasant service, she made me rather uncomfortable in front of numerous others. As someone who reserved two rooms, I anticipated a certain degree of respect and consideration. Find a different place to stay.

The property certainly reflected its advanced age and, regrettably, the bedding resulted in an unpleasant skin reaction. I also came across a staff member whose manners were less than appropriate. Unfortunately, it fell short of the standards I usually associate with the Marriott brand. I would suggest reconsidering your options and looking for alternative accommodations.

Chintzy. $10 to park a car.Don't most people checking into a hotel in Grand Junction arrive by car? Just a hidden nuisance fee. Two people-two coffee 'pods'-one regular, one de-caf. Complementary hot water available in the lobby. Come on!!

All major branded hotels in our market charge for parking and we are actually the cheapest. We have unlimited complimentary coffee in all guest rooms and we are happy to provide more as needed but we are not allowed to have complimentary coffee in our lobby due to our Starbucks license in our restaurant. We hope to see you again soon!
We take issue with the $10 parking. It was a hidden cost and unnecessary.

There is a bistro in lobby that serves sandwiches, hamburgers,and an assortment or food. It’s nice not having to drive to get a bite to eat. Staff is very nice.

I really enjoyed my stay. I stayed as part of the Rotary Youth Exchange weekend. The facility seems to be a great fit for the event. The location of my room, #102 would have been perfect during the week because I exercise every week day and it was very reasonably close to the workout room with a sound separation door between them

Charged for parking. TV was old and remote barely working. No guide on the TV. No smart TV or USB plug ins. Room was 87 degrees and thermostat would not work. Had to manually set the wall heater. Finally opened the window. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. 11 degrees outside. No management present. No nothing.
