"Booked this as it was close to the airport and had a shuttle service. The reality is the shuttle service is unreliable and in frequent. In the end, I had to catch a taxi to the hotel from the airport which is actually very difficult because it’s such a short journey. The next day, I actually walked from the airport to the hotel. "Room was good and staff was also helpful but a smell in corridors that can be reduced with little effort. Bed sheets were not changed on 2 nd day but housekeeping was done. On the whole it was better place to spend some days. One more remarkable thing that breakfast was really so so good ."

"This property is part of the Relais & Chateaux group of hotels so expect high quality. Our rooms were small but well-designed. Bathrooms are wonderful with great bathtubs. We did not eat in the hotel restaurants so cannot comment on food. The staff were very responsive and recommended restaurants and shopping options. Hotel location was perfect in a semi-residential area but within walking distance to Duomo and shopping and restaurants. Will stay here again."

Lots of restaurants, bars, and shopping stores in the area. Easy access to public transportation. Minutes to central station and Duomo. Well maintained room with enough towels and bath supplies. 24-hour access to coffee, hot water, cold water, and carbonated water."
