Thank you for your review. Unfortunately 10onCAPE is situated on the main road and it might be a struggle for some light sleepers. Should you book again, I would suggest you request an apartment away from the road. This might help. My Sincerest apologies for the Wifi issue. We were having troubles with our service provider but all seems to be working again. Thank you for choosing 10onCAPE. Good afternoon Mpho, I trust you are well. Thank you for your review. We apologise for the inconveniences caused. 10onCAPE do put notices up in all the apartments informing the guests of times staff will be in and out and office times. Although we are fully self-catering, we do supply loo paper, fresh towels and coffee and tea on arrival. To avoid confusion in future, we will inform each guest individually and stock up on the essentials like the loo paper. Again, we do sincerely apologise for the inconveniences caused. Regards Dianne

Unfortunately we are based on a busy road where there are many people passing through. 10onCAPE are quite strict on our safety. We have remote controlled gates, cameras, alarms in every apartment, have Atlas Security park near by at night and electric fencing. Because we are all ladies that work here, we wouldn't advise any lady to be walking in the streets. Although we have never had an incident happen during the time I have been working here or have felt unsafe, we do worry about the safety of a lady on her own. Rather safe than sorry.
