Booked this hotel for husband staying in Brazil who is originally from this area having work done on his property. I am in the US. Booked on Expedia like I have always done for all my trips. Received receipt saying it was paid for in full. My husband arrived to hotel . Hotel staff said room wasn’t paid for which I sent the receipt right away. They gave him the key for the night. No problem. Next morning he had breakfast went to check out asked to have gate opened. Staff asks how he planned to pay for room. He again states his wife (myself who’s in the US) paid for room already. They star tha they no longer work with Expedia and don’t accept payment through Expedia. Well that’s interesting bc that’s how I made the booking from another country. My husband then had to pay upon leaving. The point isn’t that he had to pay. The point is the staff the night before didn’t know this information. And if hotel doesn’t work with Expedia then how did I book a room through Expedia for it and get a receipt saying it as pad for. Makes no sense to me. And quite troubling to think this could happen again if we were traveling thinking your all set and your not when you arrive somewhere out of the country. Not OK at all!!! Will not be ever using this hotel again. Staff and hotel need to be more knowledgeable and not be able to be booked through a third party site if you can’t actually do so.

Hotel muito bom com um grande potencial para ficar melhor ainda. Limpeza , cafe da manha e cordialidade dos funcionarios nota 1000. Pontos a melhorar: elevador ( dizeram que ja estao em fase de concretizacao). Os quartos sao bem pequenos e nao possuir um ambiente para trabalho, reunioes on line

Horroroso

Ao fazermos a reserva pediram um calção de 50% do custo da diária, e não externam as reais condições existentes. Não tem elevador, mobilidade zero, os freezer desligados, não tem nem água mineral nos apartamentos, nada. Se vc quiser matar a sede, tem de descer toda escadaria e pegar na sala de café, não a opções para nada, eu nunca vi uma situação de tamanha incompetência. Café da manhã normal. Eu fico perguntando, como este local conseguiu alvará de funcionamento. Agora avaliação de excelente? Vendem um produto e entregam outro. Fujam.

Suficiente pra 1 ou 2 noites.

Hotel novo, bons quartos e EXCELENTE chuveiro. São 2 andares, sem elevador. Café da manhã satisfatório. Colchões novos, mas bem macios, o que não agrada todos. Único ponto que me incomodou é o barulho, pois o isolamento acústico é ruim entre os quartos/corredor.

Hotel simples.

Hotel bem simples, não possui elevador. Custo e benefício ok. Pelo valor, poderiam oferecer mais conforto. A água do chuveiro estava morna, quase fria. Parece querer economizar no aquecimento a gás. Lençol de microfibra. Itens novos e limpos, hotel recém inaugurado. Quartos bem pequenos. No banheiro não possui suporte para pendurar toalhas. Não possui suporte para deixar toalhas limpas, deixaram minha toalha limpa na cama.
