"The hotel location was safe and quiet. The hotel itself was modern witb a gym and pool, very clean and amenities. The staff were very curteous and friendly wirh prompt response. The breakfast is buffet with great and varied options. The spa..massage is something to definitely soak into
The hotel is family friendly, we stayed for a week and enjoyed it. We would go back in a heart beat!!
It offers an amazing experience at an affordable cost"

"It’s was nothing less than perfect! Beautiful location, amazing rooms, stunning views, modern artistic decor. Went as a family and this place was incredible! Delicious breakfast daily!
Debbie and her two ladies were the perfect hosts that took really good care of us all the time.
I cannot recommend this place enough. This is where I will be staying every Cape Town visit from now on. "

"This place is excellent and the owner is brilliant! He cannot do enough for you, his son works with him and he’s great too! We loved Gordon’s Bay and this lovely B&B is a must. We didn’t have the breakfast but told its excellent. I would definitely recommend and return if I get the chance."

"Absolutely stunning place to stay. Our bedroom view was of the whole of Gordon’s bay. Superbly comfortable bed, great water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was a feast with perfectly poached eggs, sides, avocado, croissants, etc! Ate way too much!!! Add to that just how wonderfully welcoming and attentive our hosts were. More than that, they also gave excellent advice on our planned excursions. They love this area and want you to love it too! We’d stay here again in a heartbeat. "

"Pool was enjoyable. Rooms modern and very clean, comfortable bed and spacious. Staff very friendly and hospitable. We would definitely stay there again when visiting Somerset West. Location also convenient and close enough to the highways to Stellenbosh and to the N2 to Cape Town or George. "

"This is a gem of place. Beautiful site with its own pool, hot tub, restaurant and gardens supplying the vegetables for the table.
The chef is a great character and very good. The drinks offer there is also very good and trusting with an honesty box for payment."

"Schöner Resort umgeben vom Golfplatz. Restaurant mit Balkon auf den Golfplatz. Essen war top und der Service sehr freundlich und herzlich.
Leider hat es mit dem Wunsch nach zwei Einzelbetten nicht geklappt (Reinigungs-Personal schon im Feierabend).
Wir waren dort für eine Nacht."

"Simply the best first night in a foreign country experience we've ever had. Jayne and Le Roux are the perfect people to work in hospitality and the attention to detail was unbelievably outstanding. The whole property is absolutely amazing and it's far more than just a hotel - the experiences offered from the meals to the wine tasting to the runner duck watching (has to be seen to be believed) are fantastic and they set the bar for the rest of our time in South Africa very high indeed."
