"This was the worse hotel/bnb experience of our lives and we've stayed in 100s of places. No one was there to greet us. We called and over the phone they told us to go in the house and find a room. The doors were open for anyone on the street to walk in. It was raining and water was coming in thru the open doors which we spent 15 minutes cleaning up. Then these unfriendly rough-looking guys showed up, day-laborers using this is a boarding house/squat. None of them were wearing masks and they were...

"Nous avons perdu beaucoup de temps pour trouver un restaurant. Rien sur place. Les commerces d'alimentation sont rares. Les autres commerces à peu près inexistants. Oui si vous aimez la randonnée... le snorkeling n'est pas à proximité mais à 30 minutes de voiture environ. La chambre était propre et agréable, avec une jolie terrasse. Heureusement qu'il y avait une piscine ! L'endroit est très très très calme ! Au milieu des montagnes. Il est écrit que le français est parlé... eh bien non ! "

Lots of history around. Excellent city vibe. Great dining options. 15 min from the closest beach. Very convenient if you are looking for a place to sleep and explore the island during the day. "Hôtes très accueillants et très sympathiques, petit déjeuner très copieux , très bon. Emplacement au calme ,très propre ,voiture nécessaire . Une climatisation de l’appartement aurait été bienvenue. Sinon c’était parfait."
